Birthday Party Request Form

You Name The Place. We'll Bring The Party.
  • Your BEST Party begins with an hour of coach-led activities (2-sports included) and can conclude with a dodgeball competition (just our recommendation). • Sports and games are all customizable to create the experience you want. • Our coaches provide all equipment, direction, and fun. • Choose from 1, 1.5, or 2 hours (or more) based on the number of kids, and we'll add staff as needed to keep the party moving! • You secure the location (park, backyard, rec center), and we provide the FUN! Travel Party Times are available after 2:00 pm on weekends. For earlier times, please call to discuss. Pricing: • 1hr/1 coach includes 20 kids. • $12.50 per additional kid. • Over 24 kids require a 2nd coach for $50/hr.
  • Please fill in the time frame you think you would like us to have a Coach run the sports activities. We suggest that you request us to be there 10 minutes after party begins as many show up late. ex. Your party is from 3-5. You book us from 3:10 - 4:10. PLEASE NOTE: We can only book parties AFTER 2pm on Weekends. At this time we can not accommodate parties earlier since our Coaches are all working Classes. No Weekday Travel parties at this time.
  • Please provide Google Map Link of EXACTLY where the party activities are to take place. You can also include an address or exact name of facility, park or home address. We can only do home parties if you have an extremely large area for play.
  • Please Select 2 Sports. (We can conduct recreational park type scrimmaging. We can not offer regulation referring/officiating services)
  • We can have up to 45 kids for a Party.

🎨 Wacky Hair Day – Thursday, June 25th
Mohawks, colors, spikes, braids, crazy curls — bring the wildest hair you can imagine because the crazier, the better! ⭐ BONUS ⭐ Campers will enjoy a special magic show at camp!

✨  Neon Glow Day – Friday, July 3rd
Light up camp with your brightest neon colors, glow gear, and electric camp energy! We recommend wearing a white w/ shirt – leave the extra glow fun up to B.E.S.T.!

🌈  Tie-Dye Day – Friday, July 10th
Bring the color — whether it’s DIY or store-bought, let’s get groovy! Bright colors, bold patterns, and rainbow vibes encouraged!

🤪  Backwards & Mismatch Day – Friday, July 17th
Wear your clothes backwards, mismatched, inside out, or as silly as possible! Nothing has to match today — the sillier the better!

🐯 Wild Safari Day – Thursday, July 23rd
Get wild at camp with animal prints, safari hats, jungle gear, or your favorite animal outfit! ⭐ BONUS ⭐ Campers will experience a special live animal & wildlife encounter with Deb’s Dragons at camp!

🌺Luau Day– Friday, July 31st
Aloha, campers! Wear your Hawaiian shirts, tropical colors, leis, and beach vibes for a fun-filled island day at camp!

🎉 B.E.S.T. Finale Day – Friday, August 7th
Celebrate the final week of camp with the ultimate B.E.S.T. summer party! Camp-wide games, music, surprises, and end-of-summer fun for all campers!
