Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: The B.E.S.T. Parent Saving Plan (“the Program”) is open to individuals aged 18 years and older who are legal residents of Arizona, and who are current or new participants of Beginners Edge Sports Training (“B.E.S.T.”). Employees of B.E.S.T. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Promo Code: Participants must sign up at [program signup link] to receive a unique promo code via email. This promo code is non-transferable and is intended for use by the participant only.
3. Referral Requirements: To earn B.E.S.T. Bucks, participants must refer first-time enrollees to B.E.S.T. using their unique promo code. Each referral must result in a new enrolment in a qualifying activity (classes, camps, or parties) for the referrer to earn credits.
4. Credit Structure:

– Tier 1: Participants earn $10 B.E.S.T. Bucks per referral for the first 5 referrals.

– Tier 2: Participants earn $15 B.E.S.T. Bucks per referral for referrals 6-10.

– Tier 3: Participants earn $20 B.E.S.T. Bucks per referral for referrals 11 and above.

5. Redemption: B.E.S.T. Bucks earned through the Program will be credited to the participant’s B.E.S.T. account. These credits can be used towards future activities at B.E.S.T., such as classes, camps, or parties. B.E.S.T. Bucks have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Promo Code Usage:

– The promo code is valid for $15 off the first camp, class, or party enrolment for new participants only.

– The promo code cannot be used for Parents Night Out or City programs.

– The promo code must be entered at the time of online enrolment and cannot be applied retroactively.

7. Combination of Offers: The promo code cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated.
8. Modification of Program: B.E.S.T. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Parent Saving Plan or any part of it at any time without prior notice. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
9. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, B.E.S.T. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the Program, including but not limited to participation in the Program, use or inability to use B.E.S.T. Bucks, or any errors or omissions in the administration of the Program.
10. Fraudulent Activity: B.E.S.T. reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent activities or violating these terms and conditions.
11. Governing Law: The Program and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
12. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Program shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration conducted in Maricopa County, Arizona, in accordance with the rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association.
13. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the B.E.S.T. Parent Saving Plan constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
