At Beginners Edge Sports Training, your party is held in a private Scottsdale facility reserved exclusively for you and your guests. You receive private use of the space, staff, and party capacity for your event.

Because of that, pricing is based on attending child guests, not participation level. If any child enters the party and is part of your event, they are included in the guest count whether they fully participate, participate lightly, or choose not to participate.

We understand that at birthday parties, guests may sometimes bring siblings or additional children not originally included in the count. We completely understand this happens. However, any attending child guest will be included in the final total, so we strongly recommend making expectations clear in your invitations and planning accordingly.

Please provide your most accurate child count when booking so we can prepare staffing and space properly. During the party, we will complete a final child count onsite. Counts may be verified by staff observation and facility camera review when needed.

Important Notes:

• Children who attend but choose not to participate are still included in the count.
• Additional children beyond your reserved number will be charged accordingly.
• Guests who bring siblings or extra children may increase your final count.
• Children included in your reserved count who do not attend are not eligible for refunds or reductions.
