Swimming
We all know how important the swimming pool is in the summer. The swimming pool is a great place to exercise and keep cool at the same time. There are tons of fun games you and your child can play while taking a refreshing afternoon swim.
Exercise Early or Late
This is one of the most important things to remember this summer. Make sure to get our early or late and avoid the sun. Yes, I know that it can still be 90 degrees or warmer after hours, but it is the BEST way to stay active during the summer. A game or horse in the morning is a great way to get the blood pumping.
Drink Water
This goes without saying. Drink your water and stay hydrated. This is even more important while you are in the swimming pool. Most people forget to drink their water because they are in the pool. You are still in the sun and you can get dehydrated even will in the pool.
Stay Active
The most important thing this summer is to stay active. Don’t let the warm weather be an excuse to sit on the couch. The summer is one of the best times to get out and work on your sports skills. Just make sure to be safe and drink your water.
