We are always looking for Coaches so please apply!
We need Coaches in all areas for weekday mornings, weekday afternoons, weekends anytime – morning and afternoon
Our sessions are 6, 8, or 10 week sessions
- We look for long term (multiple sessions) part time Instructors.
Paid Training*
Minimum # of hour to work is 2, max is possibly 15-20 per week
Pay starts at $12 - 14 an hour. Get paid for set-up and break down. Top rate for a Coach is $16-17 an hour. Have parents begging to be in your class and you will be eligible for a raise.
We provide curriculum and all equipment. You just show up ready to go

What do we look for?

Unbelievable outgoing personality. Are you willing to ask parents, “How am I doing?”
Appearance must be approachable and presentable. Do you smile a lot?
Ability and comfort speaking and working with adults and young kids as young as 2. Do you understand how kids and adults think?
The ability to think on your feet. How do you adapt to changing situations?
Experience with young children.
Experience in the sport.
Physically willing and able to run around to demonstrate and assist children in all activities. This is not a stand around and instruct this is highly interactive!

schedule you into classes for training upon being approved for presentability, attitude, maturity and knowledge and ability to work with kids and adults.
